Savannah’s Lucas Theatre

The Lucas The­atre in Savan­nah really caught my eye on an evening photo walk. I only spent a night in Savan­nah dur­ing my trip home from the D.C. area, but it was a cool place to walk around and explore. Live music play­ing through the air, plenty of restau­rants and activ­ity, old oak trees and some great old build­ings to explore. The mar­quee on this the­atre grabbed my attention.

One thing I like about vis­it­ing his­toric old places is look­ing at the detail and intri­ca­cies used in build­ings. It’s much more fas­ci­nat­ing than look­ing at another glass-​panel office building.
