Commercial Photo Licensing

Uses of an image that sells or promotes a person, product, or idea are considered Commercial, regardless of whether the user is a non-profit or profitable entity. Any commercial usage must be negotiated for a license fee and contract that describes the intended usage and limitations of use.

  • A print of an image at any size
  • Fund-raising for non-profit organization
  • Advertising/Marketing for commercial promotions
  • A derivative work intended for sale or commercial use
