I really like the architecture on Main Street at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. It's not just quaint. It's inviting. You can't resist stepping inside these buildings (especially on a muggy day when you need a blast from the air conditioner). Maybe it's because I'm left-handed, but I always enter the Magic Kingdom on the left side under the Train Station, so City Hall is the first building that I hit. There's your tip for the day. When in doubt, go left. Most people are right handed and go to the right, so they have longer lines. Sometimes it's good to be counter-culture.
Capture the Magic
I just posted a new eBook on Disney Photography over at Suburbia Press. As you can tell from browsing this site, I've spent a lot of time taking photos at Walt Disney World and I decided to share my experiences in writing. Best of all, the eBook is free. There are sections for the major areas of the park, plus my tips on how to bring home something to capture your experience in the park, a few tips on photography, and some insights to put a different spin on the typical tourist photos.
